One to three day training courses for FBO staff members and managers.

Since 2011, 15  tailor-made, in-house training courses, took place in Europe and Africa.

A tailor-made training course, addresses your staff’ specific requirements. You choose the topics, objectives, location, course length and number of participants.

This training course will help your FBO staff members and managers to learn the highest international standards in “Customer Care“ without leaving your country.
