Dietmar Duller really enjoys conducting the service training. I personally enjoyed his positive attitude and his professionalism. Those qualities enable him to create the unity of a group and allow you to discuss general problems and to express yourself. During the training course many different solutions were found for problems which we face in our daily work. The service training is really useful for the flight attendants work and increases the quality of the service standards onboard.
