Payment Terms and Conditions

All of our training courses have to be paid in full and in advance. Once we have received your full payment, your training place will be confirmed.

Course

Information All published course information is accurate, but should any alternations be made they will be communicated ahead of time.

Cancellation policy of your booking and your rights

If a training participant wishes to cancel a booking 14 days before the start of the training course, a 50% refund will be provided.

If a training participant wishes to cancel a booking 7 days before the start of the training course, 100% of the training fee will be payable to Training Solutions and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

If a training participant has booked and does not show up to the assigned course 100% of the training fee is payable to Training Solutions.

Coronavirus

Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the ongoing situation with the quarantine measures can affect our training participants.

Bookings can be postponed to another training date and a notice needs to be given at least 72 hours before the training course starts.

Refunds will be accordingly to our Cancellation policy.

All cancellations and requests must be made in writing and they must be acknowledged by Training Solutions (Dietmar Duller).

Force Majeure

Training Solutions (Dietmar Duller) cannot be held responsible for not conducting training courses, or failing to perform them if such failure or delay results from events, causes or circumstances beyond its control.

This is including and not limited to Government restrictions (Coronavirus- Covid-19) Acts of God, recommendations against travel, pandemics, quarantine, terrorism, strikes, failure to provide a course caused by a death in the trainers family, illness of the trainer or any other cause beyond reasonable control.
