Welcoming flight attendants who work for a business aviation company in Hong Kong to our monthly customer service excellence training course in Geneva makes me very proud. When you consider that Hong Kong is 9500 kilometers away from Geneva, it says a lot about the standard of our VIP flight attendant training course. Colleagues had participated on an earlier training course and their verbal recommendations did the rest. Many private jet companies from Europe, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Africa and Asia send individual flight attendants to our monthly VIP flight attendant training course in Geneva which has been running successfully since 2010. Having welcomed over 1000 VIP flight attendants from over 60 counties to our training courses is a testament to our success.
