Some people may say 350 is just a number to me, it is a proof of the hard work, dedication, passion, and continuous innovation that has brought me and my company, Training Solutions, to be able to conduct the 350th VIP flight attendant training in customer service excellence and soft skills. Listening to our customers, regardless of their background and experience in the aviation industry, has always been an important topic, and our training courses for flight attendants have constantly adopted to the latest trends and developments.

Culinary trends have clearly changed since 2007, well-being has become a huge trend, and children and animals place a much greater importance on private jets these days. Many private jet types have also increased the hours and distance they can fly significantly, and this had impacted many decision for my business aviation clients as you can now fly close to 14000 kilometers non-stop, which in 2007 was simply impossible.

The most important, however remains the fact that many commercial cabin crew who participate in our corporate flight attendant training courses transition successfully and are now working on private jets as VIP flight attendants. Our successful candidates work for clients in Dubai and other parts of the Arabic Peninsula, for clients in Africa, all over Europe as well as Eastern Europe and even Asia and Australia. Since 2007, we have seen many changes in the business aviation industry, and despite several world-wide crises, the private jet industry always came out stronger than before and continued to grow.
