Once a training participant has attended our training courses, which they can do either in a group training, in person on a one-to-one basis or online on a one-to-one basis or in a group training, the help and support starts and coaching comes then into place. For many years, I have been helping our training participants with all the necessary information when they commence their application for private jet cabin crew positions. Selecting different business aviation companies is only one of many steps.
Here I consider their passport and nationality, their language skills, and their personal circumstances. Feedback on leading corporate aviation companies is provided as well as inside knowledge, which is only shared to our training participants, as we want them to be ahead of the game. When it comes to face-to-face meetings with business aviation company representatives, I tell them what is often required to know, as many companies ask similar questions. At the end of the interview procedures are test flights, which are normally always required by private owners. There feedback is provided and examples are given of what other training participants had to undergo before they succeeded. Helping my training participants succeed and get ready as much as possible through coaching is rewarding and fulfilling. The happiness they feel when they tell me they signed the contract is priceless.
