The first corporate flight attendant training course in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, contacted me and I conducted another successful corporate flight attendant training course in customer service excellence. Ten corporate flight attendants from Azerbaijan participated and the training was tailor made towards the exact wishes of the client. Training topics included corporate identity and the role which crew members working in business aviation play, stylish and elegant table setting, details which make the difference, establishing standards in regards to the presentation of the cabin, cultural dfferences, gourmet style food presentations, standard operating procedures (SOP’s), client profiles and their importance as well as cultural differences, exceeding customer expectations and the latest trends in business aviation. All participants were very engaged and many open discussions took place during the training.
