Training Solutions’ founder, Dietmar Duller, is pleased to announce that a mentorship program for flight attendants is now underway. Our training participants’ desire for a mentorship program that lasts for as long as they need it gave rise to our concept. Its purpose is to give our clients, current training participants, and other flight attendants confidence in their continued pursuit of positions as cabin crew on private jets.
This is true whether they are looking for their first private jet cabin crew job offer or are seasoned private jet cabin crew members looking to switch jobs and find one that offers them better working conditions, rosters, and long term views. Many commercial cabin crew members wo wish to switch from commercial to corporate aviation, frequently get lost, as they do not know where to start and what the first steps should be.
Particularly after applying for multiple private jet companies and not hearing back, which leaves them dissatisfied and frequently confused. Dietmar Duller has been assisting numerous flight attendants worldwide since 2007. All of our services were developed in response to clients who informed us that they needed a certain service and were confident in my ability to deliver it. It will be beneficial for both parties if my clients can reach me whenever they need me and do not feel cheeky about calling me again.
