Lately, our clients have been requesting more of our one-to-one training courses for both existing and future private jet cabin crew. Our one-to-one courses can be offered online, or in person in Geneva, Switzerland. There are many reasons that our clients want this type of individual training course, besides the opportunity to have the sole attention of the trainer.

One of the main reasons is our availability, especially for cabin crew working in the Middle East who often have many flying hours. They  have more freedom to ask questions, learn topics specific to their needs and build their confidence at a pace to suit them. For me, it is always great as it enables me to get to know the individual person better, find out more about their personal circumstances and tailor the course to suit them- helping and guiding them on their way to achieve their goal. There is always a lot of intuition and empathy in every training course and we continue to be motivated as we receive great feedback.
