Success in transitioning

Making a difference in peoples’ lives and helping them to achieve their goal to work as a VIP cabin crew on a private jet is, and will always be, the most rewarding, says Dietmar Duller, the Founder & Course Leader of Swiss-based VIP flight attendant training specialist Training Solutions. Helping flight attendants to gain the knowledge required to work on a private jet can be a time-consuming process and sometimes pushes the attendants to move out of their comfort zone in order to be open for new beginnings. Knowing and understanding that the requirements for working as a VIP cabin crew in the Middle East and in Europe are very different;- As most private jets in Europe are operated by one VIP cabin crew member who is responsible for the whole preparation, catering and cleaning of the aircraft, it is essential that we support and guide them in every aspect of the process. We have always been honest and straight forward and never made promises that we cannot keep, and our success clearly underlines our principles which are much appreciated by our clients.
