Transitioning - Flight Attendant Training

Transitioning from commercial to private jet cabin crew

Many commercial cabin crew members eventually want to challenge themselves and work as private jet cabin crew on business jets, regardless whether they are employed in economy, business, first class, or a as a cabin crew supervisor. A large number of the training participants aspire to work in an exciting workplace where they can consistently showcase their expertise, commitment and enthusiasm for the aviation industry.

The repetition that often comes with working for some commercial aviation companies is often what motivates people to change. Since 2007 I have helped countless commercial cabin crew to transition successfully, and to work as private jet cabin crew, which clearly makes me proud.

Depending on their professional background, I tell them honestly what they should work on, where they have to pay attention to, and all details about the business aviation industry and what has to be considered are mentioned. Since 2007, I have conducted more than 340 VIP flight attendant training courses, and once the training is finished, the participants are being provided with help and support, when it comes to their Curriculum Vitae, which should be specific towards the business aviation industry and its requirements.

Training participants also often come back to me when it is getting serious and when the first interviews with private jet operators are following. I then call them, and we speak, as providing them with insight knowledge and suggestions at this time is often very much appreciated and helps them to be as confident as possible when the interview takes place. Every time I succeed in helping one of my training participants to change from being a commercial cabin crew to a private jet cabin crew makes me proud, as helping somebody to reach their goal or dream is priceless.
