We were pleased to host a group of flight attendants from a Spanish operator in Geneva in December. To assist the participants in acquiring the maximum amount of knowledge, specific skills and confidence, and to provide them with suggestions for improving the product they are currently offering.

The training days have been characterized by the participants’ exceptional motivation, and they have all come to the realization that exceptional service is frequently found in the small details that make a significant difference. We examined the specifics of the service they provide to their clients, as well as the potential to enhance the quality of the service to impress their clients.

A significant emphasis has been placed on the current offering and the enhancement of it, as a large number of their clients are repeat customers. Dietmar Duller, the Founder & Course Leader of Training Solutions, possesses a significant advantage in that he is well-versed in the service standards of both small and large private jet operators in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He is able to quickly identify areas of improvement and potential enhancements to the current product, as he personally conducts each training course.

The lead flight attendant, who was responsible for organizing the training and obtaining the budget approval, was thanked by each training participant, which is indicative of the very positive outcome.
