The tailor made, two day in-house training course in customer service excellence, welcomed a group of VIP flight attendants, with training topics including silver service, serving luxury food items, food safety, exceeding customer expectations, hotel and travel security, corporate identity, kosher and halal catering considerations, private jet cabin presentation guidelines and the latest trends in the business aviation industry.
Since 2007, Training Solutions has welcomed over 800 VIP flight attendants from over 50 countries to more than 130 VIP flight attendant customer service excellence training courses which took place in 13 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Northern and Central Africa.
