A group of ten, international VIP cabin crew received special training in providing excellent service to Muslim private jet clients, taking all of their cultural differences, preferences and their well being into account. As Hajj flights have a religious purpose and are very popular, it is important to educate the participants in what is appropriate to these clients and teach them how to exceed the clients’ expectations.
