Requirements are:

Female or male
University degree (minimum bachelor degree) or substantial professional experience
Excellent command of both German and English language, as well as fine communication skills, both written and oral
Several years of experience as an operating cabin crew, including experience in business aviation
Previous experience as cabin senior crew and single cabin crew Must be familiar with cabin operations manuals, procedures, Crew resource management
Excellent administrative skills (in such areas as human resources, management)
Good PC skills, particularly with MS Office software
Previous experience from work in a Flight Operations Department or comparable administrative duties
Knowledge about compliance systems and aviation regulations
Experience as an Instructor and/ or Lead Cabin Crew
Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as work within a team EU work permit
