The corporate flight attendant training course with Dietmar Duller was an eye opener for me. Much attention was given to details and specifics, which make the daily work routine of a corporate flight attendant easier and more customer-orientated. The training program is well organized and these two days provide you with the answers to all the questions that you ever had in connection with your everyday work. Moreover, you experience a lot of fun and pleasure. For me personally I got ideas and tips that will definitely help me to arrange my work activities in a better way, impress the passengers and exceed their expectations(-cabin and food decorations, tea and wine presentations, etc.). Thanks to Dietmar Duller and his training course I now feel more confident and organized.
