Dietmar Duller conducted our first Corporate Flight Attendant training in February 2010. His high level of knowledge, alongside his professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail are a valuable asset for our flight attendant, enabling them to exceed customer expectations, and deliver a perfect service. When going through the objectives of the course, I imagined the days would be endless, but the combination of practical and theoretical work as well as Dietmars experience takes you through the course in no time, and leaves you wanting more. I personally look forward to our next course and can only recommend Dietmar Duller and his training course to all Flight Attendants in business aviation, hoping they will enjoy it as much as we did.
