The training was so interesting, varied and versatile as it is our occupation. Dietmar Duller is an expert in the area of first class service who pays a large amount of attention to all of the points that are important for corporate flight attendants. Its lecturer way is orientated towards our experiences, is motivating throughout all topic areas, and is nevertheless clearly and transparently structured, so that each open question can be answered. Existing knowledge and skills were expanded and many ideas, suggestions and hints will be integrated into our future work. For me personally it was the best training course.
