I am a flight attendant on private jets and the services we offer must always be beyond the highest level. Dietmar Duller introduced me to this new world of high-quality service. Working on a private plane is totally different from working in a restaurant and Dietmar knows how to teach us in the best way possible. He is a good listener, understanding and open for our difficulties and problems and he always looks for possible solutions. His great teaching skills and interactive exercises made the training very interesting considering that it had been a very long day. He has a spectacular knowledge and I warmly recommend him as a trainer. Hope to see him soon again for another exciting course.
