He is very attentive and personalizes the course to your situation, answering your questions before, during and after the course. The course itself is very interesting and interactive, and focuses in what is important: companies, product knowledge, silver service etiquette, wine pairing…but always with examples about what really happens in private jets in a day-to-day basis.
